NYE22 Cocktails
Yield: 8-10 cocktails (~1 Litre pre-dilution)
These are two recipes for batched cocktails:
- A modified Cosmopolitan, with some ratio help from Truffles on the Rocks
- A coffee Negroni, with inspiration from Anders Erickson and Dan Fellows.
Ingredients

200ml Cointreau | 300ml Campari |
200ml Lime Juice | 300ml Coffee Saccharum* |
200ml Cranberry Juice | 9g 5:1 Saline Solution |
14g Angostura Bitters | |
9g 5:1 Saline Solution |
* See the Dan Fellows video above, or substitute a coffee liquor like Mr. Black.
Method
Measure, combine, serve.
- Measure all the ingredients.
- Combine and bottle. Keep the mix at room temperature.
- To serve, fill a glass with ice and add 100-125ml of cocktail mix. Stir well to chill and dilute.
NB: The coffee Negroni and most of the Cosmo can be assembled well in advance of drinking, but the limes for the Cosmo should be juiced on the same day the drink is intended to be served.
